• Including competitions that requires registration to enter, vote, rate your experience or provide testimonials about your experience with one our Advertisers.

Contact an Advertiser using a call tracking number

• We collect information from phone calls to Advertisers that use Little Aussie Communities call tracking numbers.

• A pre-recorded message will notify the caller that the call is being recorded.

• If a caller does not wish to be recorded, tell the person you have called and they can call you back.

User Content & Behavioural Information

• We collect information from your devices (including mobile devices) that you or users of your devices may use to access our Platforms – magazine, email and website eg: how you engage with the platform, including how you interact with content.

• that business is a current Advertiser with Little Aussie Communities, and you have provided feedback on your experience with that business. We may share the information you have provided with the named Advertiser only.
• you have submitted feedback or testimonial via any communication platform, including online, SMS, email, post and telephone. Testimonials and feedback are not confidential and may be used, in any manner, form, medium or technology, at our sole discretion. Testimonials published across platforms for marketing and advertising purposes will only display your first name and suburb.
• you have referred a business to Little Aussie Communities. We may share the information you have provided with the named business only.

Providing us with information about others

If, when entering a Little Aussie Communities competition, you provide us with personal information about someone else, you must ensure that you have provided the required notices and have obtained the individual’s explicit consent to provide us with the information; and that you have explained to them how we collect, use, disclose and retain their personal information or direct them to read this Privacy Statement.

We do not encourage, nor support using personal information about someone else to enter competitions.

Non-personal information

For each visitor to the Little Aussie Communities website, we collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used internally and solely for gauging visitor traffic and trends.
